Returns and Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal

Our objective is that you are always satisfied with your purchase. But if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return the item by following the procedures outlined below. We recognize that purchases made online and purchases made in-store may be done under different conditions. We have therefore opted for two (2) policies that will facilitate the situation for our customers whether purchases are made online or in-store.

For Online purchases:

We understand that footwear purchases made online may not always allow you to try-on the item until you receive it. This is why if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase once you receive it, you may exchange or return the item within 14 days of delivery of the purchase with the original receipt and proof of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original packing, and in sellable condition. Delivery is deemed when the item is delivered to the destined address or when the item is picked-up in-store.

Any exchange or refund must be processed either in-store, or by returning the item to our warehouse facility at your cost. For any exchange or return, you may either go directly to a store location nearest to you, or you may contact us to request a refund or exchange authorization. Our customer service department will reply back to you with all necessary details to enable you to ship back the item. Once the item is received, it is inspected to confirm it is unworn, in its original packing and in sellable condition. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

If you haven’t received a refund within 30 days, first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Handbags, accessories and non-footwear items, including shoe-care products, are all final sales. No returns are permitted on such items. 

Jewellery items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt provided the item is unused, with its original barcode intact, and with its original packing. 

No items may be returned or exchanged between Black Friday and Cyber Monday or on December 26 and 27.

For in-store purchases: 

Customer satisfaction is our goal and our in-store associates are impassioned to assist you in finding the perfect item you want or need. But, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return the item within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt, provided the item is unworn, in its original packing, and in sellable condition.

Clearance items and items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged and are sold as final sale.

Gift purchases made for the holiday season between December 1 and 24 may be exchanged until January 6 of the following year with the gift receipt, provided the item is unworn, in its original packing, and in sellable condition.

No items may be returned or exchanged between Black Friday and Cyber Monday or on December 26 and 27.
